This workout focuses mostly on strength for the larger movements so think heavy loads, around 85-95% RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) meaning you could only get 1-3 more sets at the end of each set. For the bench steps your can use dumbbells. barbells. or just body weight dending on how confident you are with the activity.
